Job Title: Janitor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitor Supervisor to join our team at 2236629 ALBERTA INC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of janitors to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Inspect and Maintain Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records for our cleaning services.
  • Additional Services: Coordinate and recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement as needed.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for our janitorial team.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 janitors, caretakers, and building superintendents.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
