**Job Summary**

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Live-in Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the overall quality of our properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance.
  • Provide first-line problem-solving to manage tenant issues and build strong relationships.
  • Arrange and coordinate the work of onsite tradespeople.
  • Respond to emergencies and be on-call duty, enforcing property rules and regulations.
  • Perform snow removal and salting duties during winter months.
  • Host resident events and activities.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with other team members.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service.
  • Previous experience in the property management industry.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
