Position Summary: We are currently seeking a proactive and personable live-in Property Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of one of our residential buildings. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, dedicated to enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleanliness of the property.
- Ensure all common areas are cleaned and maintained according to a set schedule, including the lobby, elevators, mailroom, and waste disposal areas.
- Address residents' inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Facilitate viewings of available apartments for prospective tenants.
- Coordinate with new tenants to establish move-in arrangements and familiarize them with the property.
- Complete inspection reports for units during tenant transitions.
- Manage various administrative tasks, including serving notices and collecting rent.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure necessary repairs are completed with minimal disruption to residents.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
