Middleware Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within IT Infrastructure teams to achieve goals related to stability, innovation, and productivity;
  • Contribute to the evolution of domain technologies;
  • Serve as a consultant and expert in IT infrastructure for various clients and partners;
  • Work together to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
  • Participate in production deployment activities;
  • Create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation;
  • Propose and implement security measures;
  • Design and engage in 'Infrastructure as Code' initiatives;
  • Develop and refine automation processes for continuous delivery;
  • Collaborate on innovative technological solutions.
Desired Profile:
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing middleware projects independently;
  • Provide clear and regular project updates;
  • Expertise in Windows operating systems, Azure DevOps, IIS, and PowerShell;
  • Strong understanding of Cloud technologies and Agile methodologies;
  • Client-focused approach with strong internal collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Exhibit positive leadership qualities and adaptability in change management;
  • Availability for on-demand project support.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow;
  • Experience with SharePoint.
