Job Title: Application Production Support Specialist

At LanceSoft, we are seeking a highly skilled Application Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with Application Development to ensure that the support team has excellent knowledge of the application
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, DB2, and Sybase databases
  • Experience with Python, Perl, and/or Java; Linux and UNIX skills

  • Knowledge of the financial industry
  • Previous experience supporting reference data and middleware architecture
  • DevOps/SRE Knowledge - Cloud AWS
