Automotive Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide informed and personalized sales recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- OMVIC certification is a requirement.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $40,000 - 80,000 per year
