**About Us**:
James Dick Aggregates is a leader in the aggregate and materials industry. We are dedicated to providing exceptional products and service to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payment Processing**: Handle VISA and MasterCard transactions for both account and non-account customers.
- **Order Management**: Enter jobs and quotes into the system and ensure they are sent to customers accurately and promptly.
- **Rate Calculations**: Calculate haulage rates based on project requirements.
- **Tender Site Navigation**: Locate new bids and awarded jobs by navigating tender platforms effectively.
- **Pricing Coordination**: Communicate with sales representatives to discuss and confirm pricing.
- **Customer Support**: Speak directly with customers to confirm material orders and enter their orders into the system.
- **Phone Support**: Answer calls and assist both account and non-account customers with inquiries and orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in inside sales or a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales representatives and other team members.
- Experience in the construction or aggregates industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
