Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas by retaining, growing, and prospecting clients within your account territory.
  • Use product knowledge to develop unique value propositions supported by financial impact analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance relationships with key personnel for product development and sales.
  • Willingness to travel nationally on a frequent basis.
  • A drive for self-education and learning new products, services, and business processes.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to read and comprehend manuals, procedures, and other written documents written in English AND French.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Specific industry sales experience is a plus, especially a proven track record of success selling advanced battery chemistries.
