About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Baby Enroute. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities, ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business objectives.

Event Planning and Execution

Develop and execute marketing events, campaigns, and promotions to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.

Content Creation and Management

Oversee the development and maintenance of our website and social media content, ensuring that it is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand messaging.

Team Leadership and Management

Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that our marketing efforts are successful.

Budgeting and Financial Management

Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that we are achieving our financial objectives while maintaining a high level of quality and effectiveness.

Brand Management and Development

Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain our brand reputation, ensuring that we are consistently delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Hours

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed.
