About Pho Hoa Restaurant

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant chain seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials

Create engaging and effective promotional materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our brand and services.

Market Business Services

Identify and develop marketing strategies to promote our business services, including advertising campaigns and promotional activities.

Plan, Direct, and Evaluate Marketing Activities

Develop and implement marketing plans, direct marketing activities, and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Assist in the Preparation of Marketing Materials

Support the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to ensure consistency and quality.

Gather, Research, and Prepare Communications Materials

Research and gather information to prepare communications materials, such as press releases and media kits, to promote our brand and services.

Support for Diversity and Inclusion
  • Provides Awareness Training

Develop and deliver awareness training programs to create a welcoming work environment for employees with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

Recruits and Provides Support

Recruit and provide support to newcomers and refugees, including diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.

Provides Cultural Competency Training

Develop and deliver cultural competency training programs to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers and visible minorities.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Work Language

English.

Work Term

Permanent.

Hours

30 hours per week.
