About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at REDSUN ENTERPRISES LTD. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products, including event planning, social media management, and content creation.

Manage Events and Activations

Plan, coordinate, and execute various events and activations to engage with our target audience, including product launches, trade shows, and community events.

Communicate Effectively

Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to ensure seamless internal and external communication, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.

Monitor and Evaluate Performance

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and improve future initiatives.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.

Language

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team and the company.
