Each week, we offer a selection of 10 chef-designed meal kit recipes, catering to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian and vegan options.

Your Role
As the primary contact for our clients, you will manage support requests and educate customers about our offerings, becoming an expert in all aspects of Fresh Prep.You will be stationed at our front reception, welcoming visitors and assisting colleagues with their lunch and snack purchases.Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring accurate information is provided and resolving any issues promptly.Collaboration with other departments will be essential to address specific concerns and gather information to assist customers effectively.Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, quickly adapting to challenges while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be a solution-oriented individual, capable of connecting with relevant departments to obtain necessary information and escalate issues to management when required. Adherence to departmental processes and high standards of service is crucial.
Strong typing and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.A background in customer service, particularly in a call center setting, is advantageous.Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment is required.Proficiency in Google Suite, especially spreadsheets, is necessary, along with a willingness to learn new software quickly.A respectful attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are key attributes.Reliability and availability for a consistent 40-hour work week are expected.What We Offer
