Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Best Buy Business. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all orders, including inputting new orders into internal systems and coordinating product sourcing and fulfillment.
  • Facilitate submission of credit requests to internal credit group for processing and track and follow-up on pending submissions until complete.
  • Act as a resource and contact point for clients regarding orders, responding and resolving issues in a timely fashion.
  • Provide updates to account managers and clients on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account administration experience in a medium to large size business, preferably in retail or business-to-business environment.
  • Above-average ability in using Word, Excel, Access, and other Microsoft applications.
  • Effective communication skills (both oral and written), strong analytical and organizational skills with the proven ability to work independently.
