The Order Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of accuracy and efficiency in order processing. Working closely with our Sales department, you will be responsible for processing orders, creating purchase orders, and maintaining customer information.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all order processing procedures
  • Conduct thorough pre-order processing checks to ensure accuracy
  • Generate and issue purchase orders promptly and efficiently
  • Manage order modifications and add-on requests effectively
  • Ensure accurate mapping of digital files for seamless order fulfillment
  • Maintain customer master file information with meticulous attention to detail
  • Provide support with reception and vendor relations as needed
  • Actively participate in general duties and cross-training opportunities to enhance your skillset
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise interactions
