Position Overview

Join our dynamic team at Osmows Shawarma as a dedicated Food Counter Attendant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced restaurant setting.
  • Involvement in a fast food outlet or concession.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set tables and bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas.
  • Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to maintain cleanliness.
  • Load buspans and trays efficiently.
  • Operate dishwashers to ensure all dishes, glassware, and flatware are clean.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Scrub pots and pans as needed.
  • Package take-out food for customers.
  • Portion and wrap food items accurately.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items as required.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a friendly demeanor.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability of fresh items.
  • Take customer orders efficiently.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Standing for extended periods is required.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling may be necessary.
