Responsibilities:

* Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and manage kitchen operations
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
* Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Hire and manage food service staff
* Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
* Prepare budget and cost estimates
* Address customer complaints or concerns
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods
