We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at DOMINO'S PIZZA. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the food preparation and service operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demands and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Inventory Management: Order food and kitchen supplies, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock and sales.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food quality meets the highest standards, and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and feedback, and work to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and manage financial resources to achieve business objectives.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high customer expectations.
  • Physical Demands: Stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the food service industry.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
