Position Overview:

The organization is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Engineer Analyst specializing in Body Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and direct new model initiatives, ensuring comprehensive management of Body engineering within Manufacturing Facilities.
  2. Support the objectives of the Body Production Engineering division by developing new model processes that align with targets for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.
  3. Formulate project timelines and financial plans for both new and revised processes.
  4. Lead the development of processes through design, equipment specifications, procurement, installation, safety evaluations, dimensional accuracy assessments, and process trials in accordance with project timelines.
  5. Ensure project management aligns with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  6. Implement on-site equipment adjustments during non-operational hours.
  7. Engage in team improvement initiatives and organizational enhancement activities.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external teams to allocate responsibilities and address conflicts.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications, complemented by relevant experience.
  2. Willingness to work during weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods to facilitate tooling modifications and installations.
  3. Preferred experience in automotive manufacturing (minimum of 1 year).
  4. Experience in automation, including tooling/jig design and equipment procurement (minimum of 1 year).
  5. Proficiency in Catia or similar 3D CAD software, with the ability to interpret and modify 3D designs.
