Job Summary:

The Digital Engineering Specialist will be responsible for participating in and performing DE studies, commissioning, teaching, and quality adjustment of all paint robotic processes. This role requires a professional appearance to represent the team and department, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Willingness to work up to 50% overtime when required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for training and other business purposes.

Requirements:
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience or at least familiarity with Digital Robot Engineering, CATIA, AutoCAD.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Robotic experience with Kawasaki Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting).
  • Paint experience or knowledge of paint process is a huge plus.
  • Experience with Digital Engineering, Catia, AutoCAD.
