We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to elevate customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and account management teams, to enhance customer experiences.
- Use gathered information to identify gaps and recommend strategies to strengthen customer experience metrics.
- Design marketing and engagement strategies for new products or services.
- Work in a strategic, high-volume, and fast-paced environment.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction using various forms of communication.
- Strong business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence.
- Collaboration with others is essential, as well as strong project management and problem-solving expertise.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM).
- Proven candidates who possess strong interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills, including remarkable listening capabilities.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to enhance the customer experience.
