  • Prepare and serve coffee, as well as light food preparation, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage cash handling duties, including operating a POS terminal and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow employees and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stock and maintain the market and grab-and-go areas according to established standards.
  • Accurately process transactions and handle customer payments.
  • Build guest loyalty through exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support other areas of the market as needed, including answering telephones, stocking, and documentation.
  • Respond professionally to guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Be prepared to work overtime in the event of flight delays.
  • Work independently, be a self-starter, and multitask to meet the demands of the role.
