Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from agents transferring customers for further assistance and closing the sale process.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Work with customers to finalize their purchases, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to assist customers and close sales.
  • Accurately input and update customer information in the system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
