We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Heartland Town Centre. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, restocking, and maintaining fitting rooms.
- Foster enduring relationships with customers through attentive service and effective communication.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and positively.
- Stay informed about product offerings and service updates.
- Inspire customers by sharing insights across various cultural domains: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
- Assist in processing and fulfilling online orders.
