Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our consultants and preferred clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist consultants with building their businesses by providing product information and support
  • Participate in company events, training initiatives, and corporate social responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on business rules, terms, and conditions, as well as policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of high-level customer service or call center experience
  • ~1 year of retail sales experience in skin care, cosmetics, and nutrition products (an asset)
  • Fluent French language skills (written and spoken)
  • Bi-lingual (French Canadian) is preferred
  • Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and utilize various computer software programs
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting our clients/consultants
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including month-end and overtime hours
