Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Resource Allocation

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Kinterra Capital Corp. This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives.
- Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the efficiency of production sites and technical designs to ensure optimal performance.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to support business operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
