Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior operations role, preferably in the mining and exploration industry.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
