About the Role

AER Event Rentals Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure the effective implementation of organizational policies and programs.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives and drive growth.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Operational Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place to support business objectives.
  • Representative Functions: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Executive Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.
