Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Resource Allocation

AER Event Rentals Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure the effective implementation of organizational policies and programs.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Operational Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place to support business objectives.
- Representative Functions: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Executive Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral communication and interpersonal awareness skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a strong team player mentality and a commitment to supporting colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Work Term: Work on a permanent basis with a 35-hour workweek.
- Work Language: Work in English.
