Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Resource Allocation

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at 1414351 Ontario Ltd O/A Advanced Computers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Leadership and Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
- Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Performance Management: Establish objectives and monitor performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years, or equivalent experience
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, initiative
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload
- Work Conditions: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, English language
