Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks
  • Handle project accounting and reporting
  • Oversee cash flow management
  • Prepare financial reports and conduct analyses
  • Administer payroll and employee benefits
  • Lead and manage staff
  • Design and implement internal processes, systems, and controls
  • Coordinate period-end closing activities
  • Facilitate external audit processes and prepare working papers
  • Engage in various accounting, finance, and special project tasks as needed

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess three to six years of relevant experience. A CPA designation is advantageous. You are known for your creative problem-solving skills and your ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the capability to manage competing priorities effectively. You exhibit a keen attention to detail while maintaining a comprehensive perspective. Proficiency in learning new software and utilizing its features is necessary.
