Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards. This role involves managing a team of janitors and caretakers, coordinating their activities, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment
  • Willingness to relocate as needed
  • Work in various locations
  • On the road job with a permanent employment duration
  • Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Language of work: English
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as necessary
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules for the cleaning team
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Supervision
