Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Manila Janitorial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with our services.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that our clients receive consistent and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage and maintain our cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure that they are in good working order.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
