Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Manila Janitorial. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they are clean and safe for our clients.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
