Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Manila Janitorial is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend additional services, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, to ensure our facilities remain in excellent condition.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and supervise staff.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a client-focused approach.
