Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the good condition of our buildings and equipment.
    • Conduct basic inspections of lighting systems, heating, ventilation, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers.
    • Perform minor or temporary repairs and report damage for follow-up.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure the cleanliness of our premises and organize cleaning tasks according to established schedules.
    • Perform cleaning tasks and maintain cleaning equipment.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Order materials, products, and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
    • Keep an inventory of supplies and ensure compliance with standards for use, storage, and disposal.
  • Coordination and Supervision
    • Coordinate and supervise work performed by other employees.
    • May be required to lift loads up to 25 kg.
  • Technical Skills
    • Have a general knowledge of the operation of heating, ventilation, lighting, and alarm systems.
    • Have a basic knowledge of the main building trades.
    • Have a basic knowledge of spoken English.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Have three (3) years of pertinent experience in facilities maintenance and operations.

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Three (3) years of experience in facilities maintenance and operations.
  • Skills
    • General knowledge of heating, ventilation, lighting, and alarm systems.
