Customer Service Representative

We are a leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products with a global presence across 800 branches. For over 100 years, we've supported the trade with specialist irrigation supplies and services for large commercial spaces, sporting fields, residential backyards, and everything in between.
**About the Role**
As a Trade Counter Assistant in our Osborne Park branch, you'll play a key role in helping landscapers, irrigation specialists, and other tradespeople access the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Helping maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
**Your Day-to-Day**
A typical day will involve working closely with our team to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and sales
- Processing orders and managing stock levels
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments

- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Is able to work effectively in a team environment
- Has a clean valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
