About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Issuing Manager to join our team at Peoples Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting and implementing a strong risk culture through the monitoring of risk performance metrics and providing robust risk training to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze risk performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement risk training programs for team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
