We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at In Tech Risk Management Inc. as a Risk Management Specialist. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong understanding of commercial and personal insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Insurance Policy Management: Ensure that all insurance policies are properly completed and up-to-date, including medical examinations and other policy requirements.
- Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including providing information on group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Certifications: Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
