We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Issuing Manager to join our team at Peoples Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting and implementing a strong risk culture through the monitoring of risk performance metrics and providing robust risk training to team members.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze risk performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Provide training and guidance to team members on risk management best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
- 5+ years of experience in risk management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
