About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at In Tech Risk Management Inc. as a Risk Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' insurance needs are met, and that they are protected from potential risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insurance Policy Management
    • Ensure that all insurance policies are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
    • Ensure that all insurance policies and practices are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or insurance.
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on risk management and policy management.
  • Certifications
    • Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence.
