We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at BFL CANADA Risk and Insurance. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing a profitable book of business, working closely with clients and insurers to deliver exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Policy Administration: Manage and maintain client policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of policy documentation.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow and develop new business, working closely with clients and insurers to develop and implement business plans.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering client service.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in insurance or risk management.
- Education: Professional designation in insurance or a related field (RIBO).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of insurance markets and policy wordings, experience with Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of Intact Broker Portal and EPIC is an asset.
