Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
Support product demonstrations in various medical facilities and provide ongoing assistance to both new and existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to meet objectives and stay informed about market trends and customer needs. - Training and Development:
Contribute to the professional growth of the sales team by developing and delivering high-quality training programs. Present on pulmonary function testing topics at relevant conferences. - Communication:
Ensure effective communication regarding service quality and product-related issues. - Administration:
Participate in continuous training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices.
Qualifications:
- A post-secondary degree in Health Sciences, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field.
- A minimum of eight years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Specialized knowledge of medical devices and their applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both English and French is an asset.
Working Conditions:
This position involves a combination of home office and fieldwork. A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required. Candidates must also pass a background check appropriate for a healthcare environment.
