Job Summary

Nasdaq is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to manage the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, network management, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade server operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Administer and maintain the security of operating systems, following established procedures and policies.
  • Provide operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, including servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices.
  • Perform recovery procedures, scheduling, and backups, and monitor batch processes, following established procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree qualified in Computer Science, MIS, or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in system administration, network management, and security.
  • Special Qualifications: Certifications relevant to the role are highly desirable.
