Role Overview- Administer and maintain the IFS Assyst IT Service Management tool
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to develop solutions based on requirements
- Configure integrations and automations with monitoring tools and applications
- Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Develop and maintain Power BI datasets and reports
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience as an IFS Assyst Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.
- Experience with REST API integrations and databases
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL framework
