Outbound Call Specialist - Eric Gruscyk - Desjardins Insurance Agent

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Agency Outbound Call Specialist. This position involves engaging in meaningful conversations with potential clients and delivering outstanding customer service to foster business development. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are driven to succeed, this role offers a rewarding career path with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and advocate for appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer support.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Assist in various initiatives alongside the Agency contact coordinator.
  • Reach out to interested leads to outline next steps for quotes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales is preferred (including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Proactive in addressing challenges.
  • Dedication to superior customer service.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Competence in delivering presentations to prospective clients.
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred or must be willing to obtain.
