Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Capital Dodge Chrysler Jeep Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Assign sales tasks and duties to team members, ensuring effective use of time and resources.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 5-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and other sales-related software.
