Technical Documentation Manager and Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Manager and Writer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and standards to ensure accuracy and consistency of technical documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of technical documents and develop a system for tracking changes.
  • Develop and maintain templates for technical documents and a library of technical documents.
  • Develop and maintain a system for version control, archiving, and distributing technical documents.
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking feedback on technical documents and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Degree in technical writing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Knowledge of software development and web technologies is a plus.
