About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Mega Sushi Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that all kitchen areas and equipment are clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Financial Management: Manage kitchen expenses and ensure that we are operating within our budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
