About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Papa's Shish Kabab Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain consistency and quality
  • Chef Management
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
    • Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and quality food
    • Address customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
    • Degree in culinary arts or related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
