About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Big Chicken Town Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and storage of ingredients, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
