Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Destination Honda Burnaby. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
  • Analyze and diagnose complex technical issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with our Technical Production Manager to ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications, ensuring our team has the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 Skilled Trades BC certification.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid BC driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
